How to Register

The Evernorth Provider portal (Provider.Evernorth.com) helps you access patient and claim information. You can register in two ways:

  1. Ask your Website Access Manager to give you access. Once they’ve added you as a user, you’ll receive an email confirmation that you can use the portal.
  2. Register yourself:
    • Go to the login page and select Register.

If you don’t offer behavioral services but offer medical or dental services instead, please go to CignaforHCP.com to register.

Steps to Register


It’s safe and easy to sign up:

  1. Enter your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). If you have more TINs, click “Add New TIN”. You can add up to 50.
  2. Choose “Save All”, then “Next”. If this is the first time a TIN is being registered, you may need to choose a Website Access Manager.
  3. Next, fill out your profile with your name, business address, email, and other important information.
  4. Then, create your username and password. Make sure your password meets all the rules listed.
  5. Add your date of birth and answer two security questions. These answers can help if you forget your login information later.
  6. Select the “Next” button.
  7. Review your info. If something is wrong, select “Previous” to fix it. If everything looks good, click “Submit”.

Once you’re done, you’ll get a confirmation screen. If you need approval from your Website Access Manager, they’ll get a message. If your TIN doesn’t have a Website Access Manager yet, our team will contact your organization to set one up.

Once the Website Access Manager approves your access, you’ll receive an email confirmation within an hour. You should now be able to log in and use the site anytime—24/7, 365.

Two-Step Authentication


Two-step authentication is a way to keep your account extra safe. It helps make sure only you can log in and protects your patients' private information.

How two-step authentication works:

  1. Log in with your username and password
  2. A security code is sent to your email or mobile phone
  3. Enter the code in the pop-up window to get access to the website

Changing Your Authentication Settings

If you’re having trouble getting the code, first try these steps:

  • Check your email or mobile number under Settings & Preferences
  • Look in your junk or spam folder
  • Make sure your email isn’t being blocked. Emails from our site will come from the following accounts: noreply@universal.account.evernorth.com or DoNotReply@providernotices.evernorth.com
  • If you replied “Stop” to a text from 32882, 22395, or 51654, you won’t receive one-time authentication codes

If you need to confirm the code is going to the right place or change it:

  1. Log in to Provider.Evernorth.com
  2. Click the drop-down menu under your name
  3. Choose “Settings & Preferences”
  4. Check your email address and mobile phone number
  5. Select the “Edit” link next to the phone number or email address you’d like to change

Please note that authentication codes are only sent to verified emails and phone numbers.

Want to skip the code next time?

You can choose “Remember this device for 30 days” when you log in. This tells the website to trust your computer or phone. We recommend selecting this option only on your personal computer or phone to help protect your private information.

Even if you choose “Remember this device for 30 days”, you may still be prompted for additional information.
