Easily validate your current information by searching the online Provider Directory. To submit a correction or update, follow the directions below that best match your provider type:

Log in to the provider portal (Provider.Evernorth.com), to access your dashboard. From here, navigate to the My Practice drop down menu, and select Directory Update. If you haven't already registered to the portal, you may self-register here and get 24/7 secure access to patient information such as eligibility and benefits, plus view remittance reports, enroll in EFT, and make directory profile updates. |
